Sydney roofing company, family-run for over 30 years
Roof Repairs Sydney is run by Michael and Sean from a base in Rosebery, working across Sydney's CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Lower North Shore to Chatswood and Manly, and south to the Sutherland Shire. Licensed, insured to $20 million, and open around the clock.
Roof Repairs Sydney is a family business that has worked on Sydney roofs for more than thirty years. Michael and Sean still quote the jobs and still get on the roofs, which is why so many of our reviews mention one of them by name. Ring 1300 077 018 and you reach us, not an answering service or a lead broker selling your job on.
Central Sydney has some of the most varied roofs in the country, often on the same street. Victorian terraces in Paddington and Surry Hills under slate and shared valley gutters. Federation homes on the North Shore still wearing their original terracotta. Apartment blocks with box gutters and flat membranes. Coastal streets from Bondi to Manly where salt air works on every screw and flashing. We repair all of it, for owners, strata committees, property managers and businesses.
Every job starts the same way. We inspect the roof, photograph what we find, explain it in plain English and put a fixed price in writing before any work begins. The inspection and quote cost nothing and commit you to nothing.
On the tools. A large-span commercial metal roof, photographed on one of our own jobs.

Emergency leak on the weekend. Sean was on site within 10minutes and managed to fix it in no time. Great service, quick, friendly and professional. Highly recommend him and his team.
Great service! Sean came out to give a free quote on Monday morning and by Thursday mid-afternoon we had new gutters! Installed with minimum fuss and disturbance, and at a very fair price. Thanks to Sean and his team!
Within a couple of hours of calling Sean, he assessed the leak in our roof and arranged for Matt to come and repair the broken flashing. A small but speedy job for quite a large leak and completed before the next downpour. Many thanks.
Sean was able to attend for a quote at short notice for a minor roof repair. We were happy with the quality of the work performed and will happily use him in the future for our roofing needs.
I sought numerous quotes for my roof repairs and out of all them, Sean impressed the most. He kept it easy, simple and honest with a fair & reasonable price. However, on top of all that, his discretionary effort to perform an unexpected and outstanding result made me feel so delighted, I wrote this! Many thanks for your very professional and high quality outcome Sean, appreciate it mate. Cheers Pat.
